Có rất nhiều cách chế biến món gỏi xoài, tùy vào thành phần mà ra mỗi món gỏi với vị đặc trưng khác nhau, nhưng đa phần món nào cũng ngon xuất sắc. Gỏi xoài tôm mực kiểu Thái phù hợp ăn vặt, ăn gia đình hoặc các bữa tiệc nhẹ.
Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu: xoài gọt vỏ, bào sợi nhuyễn. Dưa chuột bào nhuyễn. Mực rửa sạch, cho vào nồi hấp chín mềm rồi cắt khúc. Tôm làm sạch, đem luộc chín rồi lột bỏ vỏ, đầu. Tắc cắt đôi, rau răm thái nhỏ, ớt cắt nhuyễn. Đậu phộng rang sẵn (hoặc mua về tự rang tùy sở thích).
Cho tất cả nguyên liệu vào 1 cái thau to, nêm nếm gia vị (tiêu, sốt me) và trộn đều cho thấm gia vị. Nếm vừa ăn gia giảm tùy khẩu vị của mọi người trong nhà nha.
